A Thirty-Year History of the National Museum of Ethnology
In 2006, a book entitled “A Thirty-Year History of the National Museum of Ethnology” was published as a way of celebrating the thirtieth anniversary of Minpaku’s opening to the public.
The documents used in the preparation of this publication are shown on our Japanese website under the title “A Thirty-Year History of the National Museum of Ethnology Archives”.

Gekkan Minpaku is a monthly magazine from Minpaku for the general public (written in Japanese), featuring the latest topics from countries all over the world.

Minpaku E-news link
"Minpaku E-news" is issued every month (Japanese) and sent to subscribers by e-mail to provide information on ongoing research activities, monthly "Minpaku Seminars" as well as infomation on symposia and forums, research dessemination programs, film days and special exhibitions that are organized from time to time.
In FY2006, to better meet the needs of the society, the Museum started a website in Japanese for mobile phone users that allows them to access current information on the Museum's events and services.
